Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Once an order has been placed, the shipping address cannot be changed, so please review your information carefully at checkout.

Ebb & Thread is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Shipping insurance is available upon request and must be purchased prior to checkout. Orders shipped without insurance are not covered for loss, damage, or carrier delays.
