Returns & Exchanges
Ebb & Thread gladly accepts returns and exchanges on eligible items. To initiate a return, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned within 45 days of delivery to be eligible.
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition. Once the item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Items returned outside of the 45 day window or items marked as final sale will be returned to the customer.
Final Sale Items
All custom orders and sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Defective Items
If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Defects include:
- Broken zippers
- Holes
Please note that our fabrics are handmade and hand printed. Natural variations, including small smudges or minor misprints, are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.
Return Shipping
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If an item is returned in a condition other than its original state, the buyer may be responsible for any loss in value.
