I gladly accept returns and exchanges if contacted within 7 days of delivery. The item needs to be shipped back within 14 days of delivery. The fabrics we use are handmade and there are variances to every pillow. Smudges or small misprints are not considered defects.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
